LAS VEGAS, September 25, 2025 – Full-service commercial real estate firm Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has announced the delivery of Windsor Commerce Park, its first-ever ground-up industrial development in the Las Vegas market.

Totaling 1,585,440 square feet and eight buildings, the Class A Windsor Commerce Park campus is nearly 50% complete within six month of completion. Tenants include regional, national and global operators specializing in HVAC, logistics and e-commerce. The project’s remaining available space can accommodate requirements from 25,000 to 815,680 square feet.

“The tenant mix is developing rapidly at Windsor Commerce Park, thanks to the hard work of our team and their diligence in delivering a product that aligns so well with the needs of North Las Vegas,” said Gary Kobus, Senior Managing Director at Lincoln. “Windsor Commerce Park remains one of the metro’s most compelling speed-to-market options, ready and able to support the long-term success of an extremely wide range of users.”

Windsor Commerce Park sits on 86 acres, adjacent to North Las Vegas Airport at the northeast corner of Carey Avenue and Simmons Street. Its buildings range from 49,920 to 397,440 square feet, with state-of-the-art distribution and fulfilment advantages such as rear loading and cross dock configurations, up to 36’ clear height, up to 4,000 amps power, large clerestory windows and move-in-ready speculative office suites.

“Windsor Commerce Park fills a critical gap in the Las Vegas industrial market,” said David Krumwiede, Senior Executive Vice President at Lincoln. “It is a turnkey option for tenants who won’t compromise on functionality or location, based on a development approach that has achieved award-winning success in other top-tier Lincoln markets. We’ve brought that same standard to Nevada, with space that’s built for how today’s users operate.”

Windsor Commerce Park benefits from immediate access to North Las Vegas Airport and U.S. Route 95, creating a direct connection to Reno and Northern California, and placing the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach within an approximate five-hour drive.

Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, Jake Higgins and Kelsey Higgins from CBRE serve as the exclusive leasing brokers for Windsor Commerce Park and represented Lincoln in all lease transactions.

The project architect is Lee & Sakahara. The general contractor is R&O Construction.
