Park303
Park303 achieved 47% energy savings, 70% total water savings, and reduced embodied carbon emissions by 19% across three buildings. The site was the first Industrial, Core & Shell v4 LEED Gold Certified project in the state of Arizona, the second LEED v4 Gold Core & Shell building in the state of Arizona and tied for first as the highest-scoring v4 LEED certified project of all Core & Shell and Warehouse/Distribution Centers in the state.
